As we approach New Years Eve 2009 in the Buffalo NY area, I am sure everyone will be making their plans in the coming weeks for the big night out in Western New York. I’d like to take this opportunity to let you know that we will be offering affordable transportation for you, your family and friends on this once a year event. We’ll cater to your needs. We understand that budgets are tight - but let’s face it - we all want to go out and have a good time on New Years Eve, right?
I am going to be offering pre arranged sedan transportation transfers and hourly stretch limousine service at very affordable pricing. Taxi cabs will be at a premium this evening so why not give us a call and prearrange your ride to and from downtown Buffalo or wherever you will be celebrating this special night?
Here is a sample of our stretch limo pricing for New Years Eve:
10 Passenger Stretch: $60 per hour
14 Passenger Stretch: $70 per hour

So you may ask…what is the catch to these great prices? For stretch limousines we ask for a four (4) hour minimum service time. 8% tax & 20% gratuity will be added to your total bill.
For example, if you would like a 10 passenger stretch limo for Buffalo NY New Years Eve festivities for five (5) hours:
Base price $60×5=$300
20% tip for chauffeur=$60
8% tax=$24
Total=$384

Guaranteed Best Deal, Best Price: Not Always What They Seem

Beware of the Cheap Limo.
There are a few buffalo limo companies that are advertising the “Guaranteed Best Deal” or “Best Prices” in town. These may seem like a no brainer for most people given the state of today’s economy. What you must rememeber when shopping for limousine services in buffalo is what you think you are getting is not always what you may get. Alot of the “discount” or “best deal” limousine companies will tell you that you are renting one vehicle and send you another.
Why does this happen?
Most of the limousine companies that offer the “best deal” are very large and lose the customer service aspect of the limousine business. They don’t care how thier cars get out on the road - as long as they are on the road; at any cost. They have huge overhead with fancy showrooms and other unnessary costs. All of these things must be paid for and these companies loose focus on what is really important - your event; all the while hustling their vehicles just to get them out on the road.
You see, you reserve the “best deal” limo and then someone else comes along and is willing to pay a higher price and your promised “best deal” limo goes from the promised Limo Bus to an SUV limo. Read your contracts carefully - many of these large “best deal” limo companies will have this little caveat in the contract small print.
Many “lowest price guaranteed” limo companies come with no amenities. Why are you renting a limousine? Generally, limousine rentals are for special occasions. You may very well have a “best deal” limo show up with no glasses and no ice. Many of these “deal” company drivers do not wear suits- rather show up in jeans and sneakers.
The “best deal” is not always what it seems. You may call us and we quote you a price - sometimes we are lower for certain events and sometimes we are not. The “discount” limousine companies will ask you what your lowest quote was and beat it by $25-$50. What you fail to understand is while you may be getting a cheaper limo, how will you feel when your family is ready to board the limousine, champagne bottle in hand - and there are no glasses to drink, no ice in the limousine to keep that bottle of champagne that was supposed to be opened for your parents 50th wedding anniversary? Is it worth it now?
