Hallowine Weekend on the Niagara Wine Trail – WOW, Busy!
October 29, 2008
This past weekend was “Hallowine” weekend on the Niagara USA wine trail – an event held by the trail every year that attracts large crowds, and, according to winery owners is the biggest weekend of the year in terms of sheer numbers. I can attest to that this year – I was out driving a wine tour this past weekend and all I have to say is I have not saw that many people at the wineries in all of the years I have been doing wine tours! There were literally lines snaking around corners of buildings. Some wineries were so crowded you could not even get into the parking lot. Buses, cars, limousines and vans filled Niagara County roads for the day. If you missed it this year, keep a look out for next year and book your limousine with us early – we were completly sold out this year. If you prefer more quiet days on the trail, though, why not give us a call to schedule your Niagara Wine Tour with us for November or December? Stock up on your wines for the upcoming holiday season – let us show you the great wineries Niagara Country has to offer!
Did you attend the wine trail event this year? Leave a note and tell us your experience on the Niagara Wine Trail – we would love to hear it!
